Timeframe for Raising a Return<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All return requests must be raised within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of the delivery date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted unless a manufacturing defect is discovered under the product warranty period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Return Process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your return is approved:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We will arrange collection of the item(s) at no cost to you (for approved defective\/incorrect items).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items must be in their original or equivalent packaging where possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Replacement items will be dispatched within 5\u20137 working days of collection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refunds are issued only when a replacement is not possible (e.g., item is discontinued or out of stock).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approved refunds will be processed within <strong>7\u201310 working days<\/strong> to the original payment method.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partial refunds may apply in cases where only part of an order is affected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Non-Returnable Items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mattresses, pillows and bedding that have been used or unpacked<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom-fabricated or made-to-order furniture<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items that have been assembled or installed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage or site conditions after delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Warranty<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All steel furniture supplied by Labour Camp Furniture carries a <strong>12-month manufacturing defect warranty<\/strong> from the date of delivery. This covers structural defects in materials and workmanship, but does not cover:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Normal wear and tear<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damage from improper use or overloading<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Surface scratches or paint chips resulting from post-delivery handling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9.
