We deliver to all seven emirates of the UAE — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. For remote free zones or industrial areas, contact us to confirm access.

In-stock items are delivered within 3–5 working days. Large bulk orders take 5–7 working days. Same-emirate express delivery is available in 1–2 working days subject to stock availability.

Free delivery is available on orders above AED 2,000 within Dubai and Sharjah. For other emirates or smaller orders, delivery charges are quoted before invoicing — no surprises.

Yes. We deliver directly to your camp, warehouse or construction site anywhere in the UAE. For sites requiring access permits or advance coordination, inform us at the time of ordering.

Yes. For large projects, we can schedule deliveries in phases to match your camp setup timeline. Discuss your schedule with our team when placing the order.

Mattresses, pillows and bedding that have been used or unpacked cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are factory-defective and reported within 7 days of delivery.

We will notify you as soon as possible and provide a revised delivery date. Delays can occasionally occur due to weather, public holidays or road restrictions. We always keep you informed.

A responsible person must be at the delivery location to receive and sign the delivery receipt. Goods should be inspected at the time of delivery and any visible damage reported immediately.

Our primary focus is the UAE market. For GCC or international enquiries, contact us directly to discuss feasibility and freight arrangements.

Please inform us at the time of ordering. We will coordinate with your site supervisor and arrange the most suitable delivery method.

We accept bank transfer, cash, and cheque (subject to clearance). For online orders, card payment options are available at checkout. Contact us for other arrangements on large orders.

All prices are exclusive of 5% VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT will be applied on your final invoice in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.

For large bulk orders, we require a 50% deposit upon order confirmation. The remaining balance is due before or upon delivery. Full payment upfront is required for smaller standard orders.

Credit payment terms may be available for established companies with a proven track record. Please enquire with our sales team to discuss eligibility and the application process.

Yes. We issue proper UAE VAT-compliant tax invoices for all orders. If you need a proforma invoice before payment, we can issue one upon request.

Installment arrangements are considered on a case-by-case basis for very large project orders. Contact our sales team to discuss your specific situation.

All transactions are in UAE Dirhams (AED). For international orders, other currencies can be discussed at the time of enquiry.

Yes. We offer tiered wholesale pricing for bulk purchases. The larger the quantity, the better the per-unit rate. Contact us for a custom bulk quote.

Yes. All bank transfers go directly to our registered company account. We will never ask for payment to a personal account. Always verify bank details directly with our team before transferring funds.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on bulk orders.

Note the damage on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery and photograph it immediately. Contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement or collection at no cost to you.

Contact us immediately with your order details and photos of the item received. We will arrange collection of the wrong item and dispatch the correct one as quickly as possible.

Mattresses, pillows and bedding that have been used or unpacked cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are factory-defective and reported within 7 days of delivery.

Custom or specially fabricated items cannot be returned unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect. This will be clearly communicated at the time of ordering.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method. Refunds are issued only when a replacement is not possible.

All steel furniture carries a 12-month manufacturing defect warranty from delivery date. This covers structural faults in materials and workmanship — not normal wear and tear or damage from misuse.

Yes, exchanges are possible for items that are defective or incorrectly supplied, subject to stock availability. Contact us to discuss your situation.

Items that have been assembled, installed, or damaged due to misuse or overloading after delivery cannot be returned. Custom-fabricated and used bedding items are also non-returnable.

We supply single-tier and double-tier (bunk) steel beds in heavy-duty and standard grades. Standard berth size is 190cm x 90cm. Custom sizes are available for large orders.

We offer standard foam (3-inch and 4-inch), high-density foam, and medical-grade mattresses — all in single size to fit standard labour camp beds.

We stock 2-door, 4-door and 6-door steel lockers in standard dimensions. Lockers come with individual locks or padlock-ready hasps.

Yes. Custom powder-coat colours are available for large orders. Standard options are grey, white, black and beige. Lead time for custom colours is longer — confirm at time of ordering.

Yes. We offer Basic, Standard and Premium room setup packages that include beds, mattresses, lockers, bedding and shoe racks in one bundle. Request a quote for package pricing.

Yes. We supply a full range of Personal Protection Equipment including safety helmets, reflective jackets, safety shoes, gloves, harnesses and goggles.

The UAE MOHRE sets minimum standards for worker housing including bed dimensions, locker provision per worker, dining space and overall room square footage. We can advise on compliant furniture packages for your specific project.
