Business Email &
Security Setup in Pakistan
Set up professional business mailboxes with a clear migration plan, sending-domain configuration and account protection guidance.
Overview
T-Codez helps businesses plan professional email setup and migration around their domain, existing mailboxes and team needs. We review the current provider and sending services before configuring the agreed accounts, authentication and access controls. The project defines what data will move, how the change will be tested and who manages the system after handover.

Frequently asked questions
Can you set up email using our domain?
Yes, subject to domain ownership and access. We review your requirements and the chosen provider before configuring the agreed mailboxes and DNS settings.
Can you migrate our old messages?
We assess the source provider, access and data formats first. The proposal specifies supported messages, folders or other data and validation steps; complete history transfer is not assumed without review.
Will we have downtime during migration?
We plan preparation, cutover and checks to manage disruption. Availability depends on provider behaviour and DNS changes, so uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
Can you stop messages going to spam?
We can review authentication and sending settings, but inbox placement also depends on reputation, content and recipient systems. Configuration work does not guarantee delivery to every inbox.
Will changes affect our website forms?
We review known sending services before changing records. Form mail, newsletters and other senders need to be considered in the agreed configuration and testing.
Are subscriptions included?
Provider licences and recurring charges are separate unless explicitly stated. Setup, migration and support costs are listed in your quotation.
Who controls the accounts after setup?
Your business retains ownership and designates its administrators. The handover defines access, recovery information and any ongoing support arrangement.
