Is ad setup included in the monthly fee?
No. Ad setup is listed as an additional $15 for Premium, $30 for Business and $60 for Gold. Confirm advertising spend and any ongoing management requirements separately.
Which plans include YouTube channel creation and branding?
Business and Gold include YouTube channel creation/branding. Premium does not. YouTube activity is limited to uploading the promotional videos created under the agreed scope; other promotion is excluded.
